Shipping policy

All orders are typically processed within 10-14 business days and fulfilled in the order in which they were received. Please note, your Creative Heart Warrior items are all made with love by a small shop. Shipments may be delayed by a few days in the event of high order volume (during holiday sales, promotional events, etc. and you may expect a processing time of 25-28 business days). All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package Service unless otherwise directed. All tracking information can be found in your shipping confirmation e-mail.

The Creative Heart Warrior offers Route insurance to protect your purchase, while Route insurance is optional it is highly suggested. The Creative Heart Warrior ships decals in rigid cardboard mailers and shirts are shipped in polymailers. Most 3D printed items are shipped in appropriately sizes boxes. Please note, we do recycle our boxes. Once your package is in the care of USPS anything that happens is out of our control.
