Refund policy
Returns and Cancellations:
Due our items being handmade to order and oftentimes customized, we do not accept cancellations or returns. If you made a small mistake when placing your order such as the wrong size or color, please get in contact immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Refunds/replacements:
If you receive an incorrect item or are missing an item from your order, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will quickly rectify the situation. Refunds and Replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Terms:
We do not offer net terms, all orders must be paid for up front prior to any work being started. This includes and is not limited to design work and 3D modeling.
Rush Orders/Standard Turn Around Time:
Rush orders due prior to our standard 15-20 business day turn around time will be charged an additional rush fee as deemed necessary. Our standard turn around time is 15-20 business days although most orders ship within 10-14 business days. A business day is considered Monday-Friday and does not include any Holidays as recognized by USPS and the Federal Government or Weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Business Day 1 is the next working day after your order is placed. Large Orders may be subject to different turn around times based on order volume, please contact us for an accurate timeframe prior to placing your order.
